Nelson Ghost Town Las Vegas Engagement Session

I am so excited to share Jennifer and Kenneth’s Nelson Ghost Town Las Vegas Engagement Session with you. They breathed new life into Nelson Ghost Town outside of Las Vegas. Jennifer wore a bright yellow top and Kenneth coordinated in a purple button down. Their pop of color matched their gleaming smiles during their engagement session.
Jennifer says that the first thing she noticed about Kenneth was his amazing smile. I’ve never seen a couple look like they were having so much fun in their engagement session. They were so sweet and in return I had a great time taking their photos. It doesn’t surprise me that they love to dance, but they also can have a great time right at home.

Finding Love in a Ghost Town

They describe their relationship as “pure and imperfect and endless just the way God intended it to be because true love is endless.” This sentiment blew me away! I am often a serious type. I think things through and can be quite type-A, which can make it hard for me to let me guard down, relax and just have fun. I am reminded that we can’t attach too much weight into being perfect, because that isn’t what God intended. He wanted us to love endlessly, in life and in our relationships.Jennifer and Kenneth have been together for 10 years. They have known each other since they were kids. Growing up on the same street and having common friends, true love for this couple was always right in front of them. Their story reminds me, and hopefully all of us, to stop and acknowledge that feeling of love, no matter when or how we found it. We are all so loved by the people around us, even if we don’t see it right away. When we do feel the love we seek, let’s promise ourselves we won’t be afraid to walk around with rose colored glasses.

Waiting for a Wedding

I loved being able to capture this special moment in time for Jennifer and Kenneth. Their personalities were so full of energy. They came across so genuine to me. It was such a pleasure capturing their happiness and excitement for what’s to come in their Nelson Ghost Town Las Vegas Engagement Session. I hope that their wedding will be filled with fun and color! “I can’t wait to put on my wedding dress,” says Jennifer. It will be full circle when Jennifer walks down the aisle in her dream dress and sees Kenneth’s smile that she fell in love with.
